Canola oil

Canola oil is extracted from the rapeseed plant. It has a very low amount of saturated fat compared with other oils. It also contains Omega-3 fatty acids known to lower bad cholesterol levels, so it’s one of the best healthy oils for weight gain.

Peanut oil

Peanut oil is perfect for deep-frying. It can reach high temperatures, which helps the food become crispy tasty. In fact, most restaurants prefer to use peanut oil because of its flavor. Also, it doesn’t absorb the flavor of the food, so you can reuse it.

Peanut oil is free of trans fat and cholesterol. It contains antioxidants and vitamin E, which are necessary to keep your heart in good condition.

Safflower oil

Safflower oil can be extracted from the safflower plant in two different ways: chemical and mechanical. Most of the time, the chemical process contaminates the oil, making it harmful. The mechanical process is recommended, as it preserves the natural state of the ingredients found in the plant. So next time you buy safflower oil, make sure you check the label.

Safflower oil contains nutrients such as omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and cis-linolenic acid, which are essential to keep your heart healthy.

Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil has a lot of health benefits. It’s pressed directly from the seeds of the sunflower. In cooking, it can lower bad cholesterol and prevent constipation. It can also be applied directly to the skin as treatment for psoriasis, wounds, and arthritis.
