Hi! I’m Megan, and I’m learning how to gain weight the healthy way.

I’ve been getting thinner over past few months for no apparent reason. From medical tests, it looks like I’m simply skinny, but thankfully not undernourished.

I know my situation sounds like a dream to most women. However, I’m now classified as underweight. I would rather be within the normal range and avoid the health risks associated with being underweight.

Still, I don’t want to gain weight just from eating junk food and being sedentary. As much as possible, I want to keep myself healthy inside and out.
